Issue with your Suunto product?

Try the following steps first

1. Install any updates (see below for link to software updates)

2. Turn watch/headphones off & on again

3. Turn bluetooth off & on again

4. Restart paired phone

5. Unpair and pair phone & watch/headphones

6. Uninstall and re-install Suunto App

7. Soft reset: press upper right button for 12 seconds
